Sacramento Balloon & Event Decor is the newest service line fromSpark Events, an established Greater Sacramento event-planning company. That means the legal structure, insurance, and first clients already exist — every install is backed by a real, working event business, not a solo operation figuring it out as it goes.
We design organic balloon garlands, arches, and full-scale installations for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, quinceañeras, and business grand openings — always delivered and installed on-site, styled to hold up for the whole event.
Every install is fully insured, with a Certificate of Insurance available for venues that require one. We serve a 50-mile radius around Sacramento, covering Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Davis, and West Sacramento.
