Our quote request, contact, and final-details forms collect what you type into them: your name, email address, and phone number; yourevent date, event type or occasion, city, and venue or delivery address; and details about the work itself — balloon colours and sizes, setup and takedown timing, indoor or outdoor placement, access times, an on-the-day contact, and any notes or description you choose to add.
If you use the quote builder, it also attaches an image of the design you configured. That image is generated by the builder from your own selections — we are not asking for, and do not receive, photographs from your device.
As part of preparing a proposal, we may create an AI-generated concept rendering of what your event could look like. To do that, our team uploads photos of your venue and inspiration images to Google's Gemini image service, which generates the composite image. If you send us photos for this purpose, that is where they go. The finished rendering is stored with your quote and may appear on your proposal, clearly labeled as a concept rendering. If you'd rather we not use AI imagery for your event, just tell us — it's optional.
If we send you a proposal or contract, that document and its contents are stored so you and we can both retrieve it. If you electronically sign an agreement, we record the name you sign with, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. That record is what makes the signature verifiable, and we keep it with the signed document.
When a quote or agreement document is opened, we log the IP address and user-agent string of the device that opened it, along with the time. We use this only to know whether a document we sent has been seen.
Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server access logs as part of operating the site.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not track visitors across other websites or over time, so there is nothing for that signal to turn off — our behaviour is the same whether or not you send one. We do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other sites through this site.
We keep quote and contract records for as long as needed to perform the work, honour the agreement, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the details at the top of this page and we will handle it. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may need to keep records connected to a signed agreement or required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We do decorate children's parties — but the person booking is an adult, and they are the one whose details we collect.
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. If the change is significant — for example if we start using analytics, or introduce a feature that sends your information to a new third party — we will say so clearly on this page before it takes effect.
